BioI am 24 years old and live just north of Atlanta with my husband of one year and our two dogs. I teach kindergarten and love to cook and come up with original recipes. One of my biggest accomplishments in this field so far is hosting Christmas dinner for 8 at our house this past Christmas where I cooked a standing rib roast will all the fixin's plus appetizers and desserts (yes, that's plural). I'm hoping to start entering recipe contests in the near future. My love of food has started to take a toll on my waistline so I am trying to find that balance between my love of food and my desire to be fit and healthy.
